@sprokitt yes, we were told they were available and shipping.
So they did send me an email offer for it, why are they trying to force memberships? The collar works without one. I can track Sparky’s steps if I charge it, and I don’t have a membership
I hope they send it quickly! Keep up with it and maybe they will ship it priority. For the cost, they really should!

What a shock. Fi really does suck. Our friends are wonderful on there. The app and customer service absolutely suck.
