Oskar Bear I am a happy boy because my tail cyst is all healed! But I’m grumpy about my ears!!! They have yeast in them again!!! I think the rain over the weekend mixed with me not letting Mom clean my ears did it… recheck in 3 weeks! I love you friends!❤️🐾😊

Dang ol vets. 😠 Mam got me Yeast Guard by 4 Leaf Rover. I have acquired some bad allergies over the last year. She cut chicken & beef out of my diet (i still get nibbles 😉) & my allergies are waaaaay better!! She puts the yeast guard in my daily Greek yogurt with some fruit. It's delicious!! We're still not sure if my allergies are environmental or what. 🤔
So happy your tail is healed! Hopefully your ears are feeling better and you can be free from meds! I'm on to my mom when she tries to give me any pills. I smell everything before I eat it. Mom gave up trying now she will just shove it down my throat. ♥️
@sprokittcarninja I agree that I can power through the medicine very well but it’s helpful for getting inside without issue and I perk up shortly after!! I take .5mg Xanax, I tried Aceapromazine once and it made me sleepy for the whole next day too! So Mom said we will stick to the Xanax because the Ace worried her. Oh yeah border collie crazy!!! Mom had a tri color collie named Chance growing up and I am 12 different breeds including collie!! Collies are also super duper smart!!
@kingoskarbear the vet pills work until I get there. Once I'm inside I want to leave. Once I get home afterwards I'm asleep for a few hours and a bit sluggish the next day. My vet blames the border collie crazy on it not working better
@sprokittcarninja yeah the anxiety medicine helps with the vet visits so I don’t get overwhelmed and bark at everyone… I also love cheese!!! My faves are Vermont white cheddar and Gouda! But I haven’t tried Munster provolone! That sound good too!!!
@kingoskarbear I'm like you with the vet visits need a pill. Luckily I'm good about taking them if you wrap it in cheese. Munster provolone or American sometimes cheddar
@sprokittcarninja oh yes it’s like wrestling a greased up deal with me too!!! Oh no I’m sorry he got swimmers tail!! My issue was that I had a hair cyst on my tail but the vet successfully removed it first try without sedation besides 1/2 an anxiety pill! I also try to spit out pills but Mom has figured out that if she coats the pill in Greek yogurt that I scarf it down quickly!!!! Have a great day friend!❤️🐾😊
@kingoskarbear we used to go through the same with Prophitt. It was like wrestling a greased up eel. Only thing worse was when Prophitt got swimmers tail and needed anti inflammatory pills. He spit them out constantly
