  @yukon_smoothcollie we thought it had a loonlet on its back! But when it swam closer we didn’t see it any more. Maybe it was its tail? It was in the afternoon, so it was grooming, swimming, snacking, etc…no calls. Mom wondered if its mate was sitting on a nest…but seems kind of late in the season? It is a breeding adult. ❤️
