Oskar Bear We have a winter storm warning for Saturday!! It starts snowing on Friday night and mixed with ice and snowing until Sunday. We never have storms like this!! I haven’t experienced any like this in my lifetime but Mom says it was very snowy at the beginning of the year that I was born at the end of that year and also a few other times as a kid!! Mom and Kieran and I have prepared as well, any tips for the snow? I love you friends!❤️🥰🐾 Mom is thinking max 5 minutes for me to potty outside?

I hope you love the snow Oskar!!! 🥰❄️🐺 It's so fun to root in & run!! 🥰 When we get snow or go to the snow, mam lets me play for 15min @ a time. But we rarely get any here & the temps are usually close to freezing. But little 5-10min plays are fun! You let mama know when you're cold. Have some fresh out the dryer blankets waiting 😉❤️ & everything our friends said. Be prepared 🤗
Watch your paws…after walking if you have ice or snow used tepid water to wash them. Also road salt is really bad for us so that’s why wiping paws off after walks is a good idea. Living in Minnesota this is our normal when it’s cold. It will be -12 for a high tomorrow so I am only outside for 5 minutes at a time. Be safe
Yeah. Just be prepared. Maybe fill the tub with water if you don’t have jugs. Mom says she used to do that a lot as a kid. We have a generator on the farm now. Don’t have to worry about food cause will be cold enough outside to keep in cooler in the porch. If you’re not used to the cold be careful outside. Remember to hold your paws up if cold so mom knows you’re cold. Most of all, enjoy any snow you get. You will ❤️ it.
I think you should be prepared in case the power goes out. Have a supply of bottled water, flashlights, food that can be eaten without being cooked. We don’t have snow here but we have hurricanes, and I think the preparation can be similar. Stay safe ❤️
