Oskar Bear Hi friends I’m doing good but Mom just randomly got worried about what she’s been using to clean my paws: Kirkland flushable wipes, she is going to stop using them and start using a washcloth with water until the pet wipes she’s going to order come in, but you do think it’s okay she used flushable wipes on my paws for the past couple days??? She loves me so very very much and would never want to do anything bad for me but assumed they were pet safe and google has mixed opinions, what do you all

Your mom’s a deep thinker and that’s good! We’re always learning & doing better when we know better. FWIW, my dogtor encouraged my mom to wash my paws with me standing in an inch or so of bathwater, some white vinegar & simple glycerine soap. She says nobody needs all the complex chemicals in today’s products for hoomans & doggos alike. Interesting. 🧐

Mushers works great also dandylion “ clean paws” no rinse foaming cleanser . Mom gets it at chewy . Also if you wanted to use wipes use the baby water wipes all natural . Target has them
I saw on the other post where Ike and Quincee looked up the ingredients and researched for you. That was very kind. You are an amazing dog mom also!
Probably fine. The safest is lukewarm water. Also mushers paw wax helps before going outside. Anyway the other wipes are likely not a problem. If they were it would be dry skin or a rash that would clear up. Your mom does love you!
