Oskar Bear The vet told Mom he wants me to be muzzled for my shots (my make up appt is tomorrow! I freaked out when I went last week) so Mom bought a muzzle and I think it’s a very fun game!! I put my face right in it but right before she clips it I whip my head so fast it flys off and I run and grab a toy and celebrate winning at this new game!!! So I’m wish me luck at the vet tomorrow, I’m sure it’ll go well and I’ll let Mom actually clip the muzzle after I take my anxiety pill. Love you!!❤️🥰🐾

Dang ol vet. Dang ol muzzle. 🤬 I haven't had to be muzzled at my new vet. But my old one? Every time since I was little. 🤭😠 I don't like peoples prodding & poking me. Don't want any uninvited pets or touches. 😑 So I grab hands with my mouth & they don't seem to like it. 🐺🤣

@lostfarmers im happy and proud of you for being calm at the vet!!! I used to be but I’ve had several ear infections and I hate having my ears washed so I get upset!! And also I didn’t take an anxiety pill last time and it was a new office because my vet expanded and it was just Mom and not Kieran too so the vet thinks maybe I was defending Mom!🤷♀️ love you!❤️🥰🐾
@stella yes I also don’t approve of the shots and was stressed out because it was a new office (my vet bought a bigger place) and I don’t like it it used to be a dentist and Mom thinks it’s very nice but I’m scared of it being new!! Also because I’d done so well at past appts Kieran didn’t come and I didn’t take my anxiety meds but this time I will take my anxiety meds and Kieran will be there for additional moral support so I’m sure I’ll do great!! The vet thinks I’m sweet but socially awkward and potentially trying to defend my Mom!
@j28shh6j8t885 yes my appt is at 1pm and we live a little less than 20 minutes away so Mom will give me my pill around 12:15 or so… it makes me very sleepy and last time I didn’t take it for my appt so that’s why I was a tad crazy and also Kieran didn’t come with but this time I will take my pill before we leave and also Kieran is coming so I’m sure it’ll all go well! I love you!!!❤️🥰🐾 and I’ll have to go back in April because my proheart shot is at a different time than the rest of my shots but yes I’ll be good for awhile!!
@skyethehusky Mom also does my nails and brushes my teefs! I love brushing my teef, Mom has done it every night since I was a puppy, I’m a little resistant to my nails though but i let her because I love her. I don’t think I’d bite the vet but I do growl and lunge so that’s why they want me to wear a muzzle this time. I love you furiend!❤️🥰🐾
Mama insists they muzzle me just in case. Mama does my nails and brushes my teef 😬 and I snarl like a wild creature. 👹 I have never bit Mama but shes not sure if I would bite the vet.
Can you take your anxiety pill right before you leave the house so you’ll be more calm by the time you have to put your muzzle on? However you do it, play frozen so they can do what they need real quick and, ban, you’re done for a year!👍 Good luck Oskar🤞❤️
Sparky had to be muzzled at the vet also. Well one time they put it on too loose, and in one very swift move he knocked it off of his face with his paw and proceeded to snap in the vet’s face. It was scary for mom, but Sparky had the self control not to actually bite. He just wanted to show his disapproval of the shots.
The Vet muzzled mom’s last dog to help calm him. He was a nut at the vet. Took 4 of them to take his blood. I’m very calm. As long as mom is there I’m good.
