I know that sounds contradictory easy to digest, but binds their stool but if you think about it, it’s easy for them to pass it through their stomach, but then it gets stuck down in their intestines and that’s what causes tummy aches . Hope this helps . You are a GOOD momma 🌸
Mom, you’re not doing anything wrong white rice is OK. It’s just that it binds their stool so sometimes it’s rough on their tummy. It is easier to digest the brown rice has vitamins and is more of a daily thing but either one is OK . Spotter‘s doctor put him on brown rice because he has slight pancreatitis either way just make sure that the only ingredient is rice. They like to sneak other things into it number one rule. Ask the vet, but I definitely didn’t want you to think you were doing anything wrong. 💕
@bunnychaser oh wow thank you so much for that info!!! I’ll have Mom go pick up brown rice and cook it for me!! The vet didn’t specify which kind of rice and Mom buys big bags of basmati so that’s what she made for me but she’ll get brown rice for me!! Thanks so much!!! Any brown rice or is there a specific kind that’s best?? I love you so much!!!❤️🥰🐾
Momma if that’s white rice that might be what’s making his tummy upset … brown rice for the pups … something about the white rice that makes them ill if they have too much . Google it it ask the vet … our vet said k my brown the chicken and pumpkin are wonderful tummy pleasers 😊love ya guys 💕
