Oskar Bear The leasing office manager Vikki loves cats and all the residents who stopped to see what was going on loved cats but if you soon out you can see the maintenance man looks annoyed at the situation lol someone asked him if he wanted to hold a cat and he said “I am a dog person”😂❤️🐾
