I’m not sure I have enough coordination to pull off throwing it, but I bet I could grab and shake it… But then it would blow up in my mouth… But then I get water and cool off so that all works. Yes I do believe this is an excellent idea.
Wow! So much fun!!! Sparky is actually terrified of balloons! Add that to the long list of things that he afraid of! Once he accidentally popped one with his mouth, and he's been afraid ever since!

It’s okay Sparky, Quincee is too! When they’re filled with water they don’t pop loud. But then we’d have to make sure she doesn’t swallow it!
