Oskar Bear I’m working on a new phrase, “don’t instigate the neighbor doggy!” I’ve been doing super well about ignoring the barky boy next door but yesterday I got into it with him until Mom had to drag me back inside so then she had me wear my leash for the rest of the day when going outside and today I get to go outside off leash again but she keeps telling me “don’t instigate the neighbor doggy” and I’m doing good about that, she can tell I want to bark at him but I’m learning politeness!! Lots of love!
