Sparky and Stella Congrats to our WoofStar of the Week Lilly Lulu, the white German Shepherd who has very important priorities: steak, cheese, and BALL. Notice food wasn’t mentioned first? That’s because Lilly doesn’t beg for food, she has standards. She begs to play ball, and honestly, it’s becoming a little obsessive. Her prized possession is her glow-in-the-dark Chuckit ball, followed by her Jolly, and when she’s ready to snuggle, Lambie gets the job. (continued)

Lilly is a fetch champion when she’s playing solo, but add another dog and suddenly it’s KEEP AWAY, because apparently sharing is not part of her skill set. She loves tearing around the front pasture when the cows aren’t there, especially after the creek floods, because nothing says “good time” like muddy zoomies. At bedtime, Lilly wants to sleep wherever Mom is, preferably while occupying approximately 87% of the bed. Lilly is a fetch champion when she’s playing solo, but add another dog and suddenly it’s KEEP AWAY, because apparently sharing is not part of her skill set. She loves tearing around the front pasture when the cows aren’t there, especially after the creek floods, because nothing says “good time” like muddy zoomies. At bedtime, Lilly wants to sleep wherever Mom is, preferably while occupying approximately 87% of the bed. She loves ear rubs, but don’t get confused; she’s an independent sleeper. Mom or Dad may be nearby, but touching her is strictly optional and preferably avoided. During the day, Lilly takes her security job very seriously from the dining room window, where she has a full view of the driveway and personally monitors every suspicious vehicle, squirrel, leaf, and visitor. Basically, Lilly is a ball-obsessed, steak-loving, bed-hogging security guard who runs the household on her own terms.
